The feel at dance yesterday was youthful. There were 16 of us there and 4 were under the age of 10 but as the session progressed, we all started acting and feeling younger. With hula-hoops, scarves and silly faces we all got a little goofy(-er than normal).

Next week, Paul/Willow has agreed to do music for us. I will be out of town but hope that everyone has a great time and looking forward to returning the following week. See you then.

Thanks to Paul for doing the music today. We had a good selection of music and a good size group to go with it. There were nine of us dancing this morning and even had some photos taken. Hopefully we'll be able to post them to the site soon. Carolyn worked with Paul to arrange the music this week and agreed to bring music for next week as well. Hope to see you then.

A big thanks to Carolyn today for not only putting together a great mix of music for today but also bringing her nice sound system to play it on. We had 6 people today and a wonderful music. There was a variety of musical flavors from electronic dance music to Johnny Cash. Looking forward to another fun dance next week with more music from Carolyn (and perhaps Paul).

There was a smaller group today. I think the first sunny weekend in several weeks drew people outside, but we still had a good dance session. More music from India as well as some from Scotland, Eastern Europe and Hawaii. After dance, there was more talking about setting CEED up as a non-profit. Ironically, we don't yet have enough funds to start a non-profit but we're looking into different options. If anyone has thoughts or recommendations, let us know.

Another good dance session today. About 8 of us there with more of a mellow feel to it than last week. The music today had an Indian influence with several of the songs coming from CDs purchased on the streets of Chennai.

Dance was good today. A small group of us (5 total) had fun dancing around. Hope to see more people there next week. I'm planning to try something new with the email updates to encourage more people to attend. We'll see how it goes.
